Large satchel : sugar skull heart

The basic pattern I used for the satchel bags is a really old one! It's made from fabric with an appliqued front. These are soft bags- as in- they can fold up- but they have enough structure due to the weight of the fabric to retain a nice shape. 

The sugar skull was cut and sewn from glitter vinyl. It looks GREAT in the sun or a bright light! 

I doubt I'll EVER make these again- they were sewn during the panic-pandemic days of 2020 when I was trying to make things to sell as an alternative to my usual. Please refer to all the photos for details.
