Lips – Hwy 385 , Texas
Kissing you hello, or kissing you goodbye. Depends on which direction you're going and where you want to go! I'm usually on my way to Marathon, Texas so these babies are smacking me a big hello. After this trip I took my car in to get a flat tire fixed and the guy said I had a lot of big thorns in the tire, one way up on the side (as in: tire is dead, time for a new one). I knew exactly when I got at least one of the thorns! Totally worth all the photos and adventure, though!
Camera used: Holga
Film: Tmax 400 – 120 roll film
I develop and print all my work in a traditional darkroom first, then scan the final prints and make digital reproductions. The black edge is actually the edges of the film. I print full frame using a negative holder I created in order to show remnants of the medium of film. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making the images.
Printed on 100% cotton rag paper, titled and signed on the front with pencil. The paper surface is smooth matte. Image size does not take up the entire size of the paper (please see examples)
NOTE: if ordering 3 5x7 prints, please note during check out which 2 images other than this listing, you would like for me to print. Have questions? Please feel free to email me: email@example.com
